THE NAGA RESIDENCE

Naga Residence is a 1000 sq.ft interior renovation of an existing apartment, reworked to create a more open, comfortable, and cohesive home. The original layout was streamlined by bringing the living, dining, and kitchen into a connected space, improving light and movement throughout. The palette is kept soft and neutral, with warm wood, simple furniture, and natural light shaping the overall feel. A curved breakfast counter adds a functional edge while softening the transition between spaces, and the dining nook by the window becomes a quiet everyday corner. The private areas continue the same approach, focusing on clarity and comfort. Bedrooms are redesigned with clean storage, minimal elements, and a warm material palette to create a relaxed atmosphere. Details like patterned tiles, cane finishes, and textured fabrics are introduced in a restrained way, adding character without overwhelming the space. The renovation focuses on making the home feel lighter, more efficient, and easy to live in, while maintaining a subtle connection to familiar materials and finishes.
